NJHA Education Cancellation Policy: Transferring or Cancelling Your Registration
Cancellations are not available for online self-paced courses, blended courses (online with livestream component), or subscriptions because participants have immediate access to materials upon registration.
Unless otherwise stated on the registration page, a participant may transfer or cancel their registration for a live (in-person) or livestream (virtual) course by emailing NJHAEducation@NJHA.com at least three calendar days before the course date. There is no charge for transfers. For cancellations, a refund will be issued to the original payor minus a $20 administration fee per participant. Requests received within three days of the course date will not be processed and refunds will not be issued.
