NJHA's Emerging Leaders Summit is a dynamic professional development event to empower healthcare professionals early in their careers with the tools and insights needed to excel in leadership roles. Interactive panels with industry experts will focus on developing critical leadership skills for future success. Attendees will also enjoy opportunities to foster connections with peers and mentors. This members-only event is held in conjunction with the NJHA Annual Meeting, and attendees and panelists are invited to a joint reception that provides an invaluable opportunity to network with hospital and health system CEOs and other top-level executives from the NJHA membership.

Join us for a fireside chat with Judy Persichilli, leader, influencer and philanthropist. Well known as New Jersey’s 22nd Health Commissioner and as “the woman who needs no introduction” during New Jersey’s COVID response, Judy built an impactful career guided by her personal philosophy that brought her from bedside nurse to the C-suite as CEO of St. Francis, Catholic Health East, Trinity Health, and University Hospital. Judy has given her time and experience to many organizations by serving on their boards, including her recent appointment to the Board of Trustees for Hackensack Meridian Health. She has received numerous awards and recognitions throughout her career for her commitment to improving the health and wellness of the people and communities she serves.
